Why are you involved with Montessori education?
From the first time I saw a Montessori school over 30 years ago I knew that one day I would send my children to a Montessori school . Once I saw the system in action I knew this was where I wanted to be.

How would you describe what you do?
I am a bit like a gardener. I plant lots of seeds, care and nurture the environment and see what grows. Every now and then I get some totally unexpected surprises.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?
I really enjoy those moments when a child suddenly realises they have mastered a concept or skill. The look in their eyes is priceless.
