A Safe, Engaging Extension of the School Day
Our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program provides a welcoming and nurturing environment where children can continue learning, exploring and connecting beyond the classroom.
Available for children in Children’s House and Primary, our after-school and holiday programs reflect the Montessori philosophy by providing child-centred experiences that encourage independence, creativity and meaningful play.
Whether relaxing after a busy school day, participating in creative activities or enjoying time outdoors, children are supported by caring educators in a safe and engaging environment.
Our OSHC program operates during school terms, providing a relaxed and supportive environment from the end of the school day until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Afternoon tea is provided in line with the College’s Healthy Eating Policy.
Holiday Program
During school holidays, our Holiday Program operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. Check the dates each year for opening days over December and January.
Each holiday program features a variety of engaging experiences, including creative workshops, outdoor activities, incursions and excursions that encourage children to explore new interests while having fun in a familiar environment.
Bookings
Bookings are essential for both the After-School and Holiday Programs.
Families wishing to claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) must ensure all booking information is completed accurately. Invoices are issued weekly based on attendance.
Excursions & Incursions
Special excursions and incursions may be offered throughout the Holiday Program. Families will be advised in advance, and associated costs will be added to the program fees.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a booking, unless due to illness or an emergency.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The amount families pay may change if Services Australia updates your Child Care Subsidy entitlement due to changes in family circumstances or income.
Any adjustments received after attendance has been processed may result in an amended invoice. These changes are determined by Services Australia and are outside the College’s control.
