Why are you involved with Montessori education?
I was a Montessori child, beginning at 3, and attended Montessori education until senior high school (Year 11-12). Experiencing my own Montessori journey has inspired me to pursue a career in Montessori teaching.

How would you describe what you do?
Supporting the guide to be able to solely focus on the students, while I complete the behind the scenes necessities and support students when they are completing their follow up work.
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Being able to watch a child journey from being the first year student to becoming a third year leader, over the 3 year cycle, and being able to wish them well as they graduate to the adolescent community.
