Today, incoming Principal Chris Peach was presented with a commemorative tree from our Parent Ambassador group to celebrate his commencement at the College.
They shared a heartfelt address, which was warmly received (despite the wet weather).
“Thank you all for being here today. It’s a special moment for our community, and I’m delighted to officially welcome our new principal, Chris, to MIC on behalf of the parent community.
As parents, we all want the same thing – a nurturing, inspiring environment where our children can grow, thrive, and truly be themselves. That’s why we chose a Montessori education. And today, after having the pleasure of meeting with Chris on a couple of occasions over the past few weeks I am so happy to say, we’re welcoming someone who not only understands that vision but lives and breathes it.
Chris brings with him a wealth of experience, a deep commitment to child-centered learning, and a real passion for building strong, connected communities. We’re so happy that, with all his knowledge and experience, he chose us.
We look forward to partnering with you, Chris, to continue shaping this special place – and to helping even more families discover the power of a Montessori environment. As a community, we can grow something truly meaningful for our children and for generations to come.
