Why are you involved with Montessori education?
From the first time I heard about Montessori education in 1993, I was drawn to the values and philosophy of the system. I was not working in education at that time and so I had a complete career change.

How would you describe what you do?
Use my observations, draw on past experiences, relate what I have studied to organise a primary classroom that is relevant for each student.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?
I get to see the joy of learning and the kindness of community everyday.
