Why are you involved with Montessori education?
I am drawn to how Montessori education empowers a child to discover and learn individually. In a supportive, nurturing environment the Montessori method fosters an abiding curiosity and inner security to each child.

How would you describe what you do?
My role is to assist and support each child through guiding and nurturing their daily needs.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?
It is hard to choose one. I love my role at MIC. Everyday I am able to observe the joy of a child who completes a challenging task of their choice and their ability. This is a proud moment.
