Kate Hemat-Siraky is an energetic, experienced and highly capable Non-Executive Director, People Experience Consultant and Executive Coach. As Director of Zest People Solutions and Co-Founder of StrengthsTrail and WorkSauce, she channels her entrepreneurial spirit into ventures with very different but equally inspiring purposes.

Kate has worked at the senior executive level for Merivale, Tennis Australia and the Australian Open and Oaks Hotels & Resorts. She holds a Bachelor of Business, with distinction, majoring in Human Resource Management from QUT and is an accredited Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach.

An accomplished HR Generalist, Kate enjoys advising Boards and working with organisations that are driven to improve their people outcomes, genuinely care about their team and have an appetite to grow through experimentation and change.

Kate was born and bred on the Sunshine Coast and is Mum to two cool little dudes, Lincoln and Levi.
