Belinda Brien

Parent Ambassador – Ninderry (Early Learning)

What do you love about MIC?

I love the MIC Community & the way we welcome & engage with all families while working together to nurture our our children as they learn and grow.

What year did you join the MIC parent community?

I joined the MIC Community in January 2022 when my oldest son Isaac started Prep in the Mudjimba Class. Isaac is now in the Wira Class. My youngest son William started at MIC in July 2022 in the Ninderry Class. William is attending MIC in the Ninderry Class again in 2023.

How would you best describe your role as a Parent Ambassador?

My role is to welcome new and returning families to the Ninderry Tribe, with the aim of promoting the Ninderry Village within the MIC Community as a whole. I will arrange social gatherings for the Ninderry Tribe throughout the year & will represent the Ninderry Families at meetings with Guides & School Administration.

What’s your favourite thing about your role as Parent Ambassador?

Since joining the MIC Community in 2022 as a slightly nervous new Preppie Parent, I have felt so very welcomed & supported by the Team of MIC Staff & also by fellow Parents! So I would have to say that my favourite thing about the Parent Ambassador Role will be to continue to form positive relationships with other members of the MIC Community as our wonderful school continues to grow & evolve!
