Why are you involved with Montessori education?

To me, I believe the Montessori approach is a very hands on experience for all children to enjoy. I love that this style of education encourages constant cooperation and team building within a friendly environment

How would you describe what you do?

My position within the school is to care and assist with after school care. I also share outdoor free time with the children in the younger age groups.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

I have worked with children for many years now and will never get tired of watching them grow into young adults. Helping children reach their goals, explore their environment and strive for their full potential is a very satisfying and exciting career.
