Nicole Voevodin-Cash

Nicole is an experienced curator, kinetic generative sculptor and arts project manager based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Her work has been exhibited widely across various gallery, public and social spaces including Lorne Sculpture Biennale 2018, Solo exhibition Lobby Play at the Institute of Modern Art Brisbane 2004, and Wandering Patterns, Sydney Olympic Park Bicentenary 2013. Her presentations range broadly in scale, medium and ephemerality. She uses ‘interaction’ as a sculptural strategy, encouraging audiences to engage with her work.

Nicole holds a Master in Arts, Visual Arts from Griffith University with distinction for her thesis work of investigation of interaction as a sculptural strategy. She is currently completing a new public art commission for the Dalby Welcoming Community, collaborating with the local community in a walking, visual and gallery exhibition of her work.
