Monique Visser

Monique completed a 350hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
She originally signed up for the Yoga Teacher Training for self-development and to learn more about the philosophy behind yoga and to familiarise herself with the poses.
By the end of the yoga training, Monique realised that she had gained so many helpful tools for everyday life. She also learned how supportive mindfulness and conscious breathing are in dealing with stressful situations in life. Thus, she decided that she would like to teach yoga, even though she originally thought she wouldn’t. Yoga is about building the relationship between the body, mind and the breath.
Monique is excited to share these skills and tools in hope of bringing more peace, balance and ease into others lives.
