Why are you involved with Montessori education?
Because the Montessori way uniquely fosters each child’s individuality and strengths in a gentle and nurturing way. It gives children real life skills, teaches respect for others and their environment to help build a peaceful world to live in.
What year did you commence at MIC?
How would you describe what you do?
Guide children as they learn about the world around them, help build their independence and sense of self whilst teaching kindness and respect to oneself and others.
What is your favourite thing about your role?
I can’t choose just one. Being a part of supporting people to take care of themselves, their community and the world. Building relationships with the children and watching that precious moment when a child’s face lights up when they ‘get it’ and have that sense of pride.Back to our People
