Parent Ambassador – Dingira (Senior Primary)

What do you love about MIC?

I love Montessori’s approach to community and that the children are recognised as unique individuals. The Montessori approach to learning as a unique individual fosters confidence, independence, creativity, imagination and a sense of self. I couldn’t imagine my daughter in any other environment.

What year did you join the MIC parent community?

We joined in 2018. Our daughter started her Prep year in Nawa in the Early Years.

How would you best describe your role as a Parent Ambassador?

Creating a community where we can all support each other and our Wandi children is an integral part of the Montessori philosophy. In addition, we communicate updates, reminders on key dates and encouragement to support school events.

What’s your favourite thing about your role as a Parent Ambassador?

I’m so looking forward to meeting our new families and reconnecting with our existing community and supporting our school in every way possible.
