I believe that Montessori has the child at its heart – it truly is child-centred.

How would you describe what you do?

I have the privilege of coordinating learning support for our wonderful students and families. I identify student needs and cater for individuals ensuring each unique young person is learning and growing to the their best capacity.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

Children’s smiles. I love to see beautiful children experience success and to watch their confidence grow. I get to enrich lives and make a difference as part of a team.
